Optex LX-802N<br>Indoor/Outdoor Detector

The unit covers a 80ft x 6ft (24m x 2m)area. Conventional outdoor passive infrared detectors often produce false alarms caused by sunlight. But the LX-802N employs Double Conductive Shielding which resists more than 50,000 lux of sunlight (e.g. during sunrises and sunsets). This provides highly stable performances, while allowing the units to be used in many different applications

Patented Double Conductive Shielding
Double filtering and conductive metal shielding of the Pyro blocks out visible light and RFI. This allows only infrared energy to reach the pyroelectric elements.

Temperature Compensation Circuit
